2017 UMACP Annual Dinner Event Registration

This is the web registration website for the 2017 UMACP Annual Dinner Event to be held in Travis Pointe Country Club on March 11, 2017. Due to the seat restriction, this event is limited to UMACP members and their guests (one guest for each member) only.

Note: Here is the information about the three options of entrée:

  • Boursin Stuffed Chicken: Sundried tomatoes, baby spinach, and herb Boursin cheese. Served with a lemon velouté and vegetables.
  • Thai Salmon: Pan seared fillet with julienne vegetables in a coconut red curry sauce, served over sticky rice.
  • Pasta Pomodoro: Pasta with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, mushrooms, and carrots. Tossed in a house made Marinara sauce.
